This antibody recognizes extracellular part of CD30 (Ki-1 antigen), a 105 KDa single chain glycoprotein expressed on Hodgkin's and Reed-Sternberg cells.
Flow Cytometry (20 µL in human blood cells 100 µL in whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension) The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
