  • Indications d'application
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 60 kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates(calculated MW of 71.0 kDa according to NP_037409.2). The observed molecular weightcorresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Toure et al. , J BiolChem 1998 Mar 13,273(11): 6019-23, PMID: 9497316). Immunohistochemistry: 1 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Testis, shows nuclearstaining of many cells.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Sujet
Rho GTPases control a variety of cellular processes. There are 3 subtypes of Rho GTPases in the Ras superfamily of small G proteins: RHO, RAC, and CDC42. GTPase-activating proteins (GAPs) bind activated forms of Rho GTPases and stimulate GTP hydrolysis. Through this catalytic function, Rho GAPs negatively regulate Rho-mediated signals. GAPs may also serve as effector molecules and play a role in signaling downstream of Rho and other Ras-like GTPases.Synonyms: KIAA1478, MGCRACGAP, Male germ cell RacGap, Rac GTPase-activating protein 1
