    Attributs du produit
HSC70 / HSP7C (Heat Shock Cognate 70, HSP73, Heat Shock Protein 73) is a member of the DnaK/HSP70 family of protein chaperones involved in protein homeostasis. HSC70 is constitutively expressed and essential for cell viability and functions both in preventing or reversing protein aggregation and in disassembling protein complexes. HSC70 predominantly binds non-native polypeptides and folding intermediates that are either newly synthesized or stress-induced. HSC70 / HSP7C antibody (mAb) (Clone 6E1) was raised in a Rat host. It has been validated for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human samples.
