Indications d'application: The binding of this affinity-maturated antibody to hIL8 was analyzed using ELISA. ​This antibody is capable of blocking the biological activity of human interleukin 8 at a concentration of 1 and 10 μg/mL in a neutrophil chemotaxis assay (PMID: 20718039).
