Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Approx. 37  kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 34.7  kDa according to NP_000036.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Testing using human FFPE samples for IHC-P.
