  • Indications d'application
    Approved: IF, Peptide-ELISA (1:8000), WB (1 - 3 μg/mL)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Approx 200kD band observed in lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 215kD according to NP_000250.3). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Immunofluorescence: Transverse sections of Mouse Skeletal Muscle shows staining of the fiber membrane and neuromuscular junction. The observed pattern corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Rder et al, Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2010 Feb 2,107(5):2031-6, PMID: 20133847). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
