Approved: Flo
Usage: Add 10 μL of antibody / 100 μL of 10^6 PBMC in PBS. Mix Wash twice with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5 % v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. Add 10 μL of antibody / 100 μL of Whole Blood. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature 20 °C. Lyse Whole Blood and analyze or fix with 0.5 % v/v paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. See instrument manufacturers instructions for Lysed Whole Blood and Immunofluorescence analysis with a flow cytometer or microscope. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. - Commentaires
