Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p)), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro))
    Specificité
This antibody reacts with a 110 kD human cell surface glycoprotein known as HNK-1. This CD marker recognizes peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and natural killer (NK) cells. Many cells which co-express CD57 and CD8 antigens are a subset of suppressor/cytotoxic T-cells. These antibodies recognize neuroendocrine cells and their tumors. CD57 antigens are not expressed on erythrocytes or platelets.
    Purification
    Purified.
    Immunogène
    Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
    Clone
    B321 (NK-1)
    Isotype
    IgM kappa

  • Indications d'application
    Immunofluorescence: 5-20 ug/mL.
    Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL on frozen sections and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections using avidin-biotin system.
This product was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation is buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 5-20 ug/mL in IHC. For consistent and reproducible results on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections, a high temperature antigen unmasking technique is required (see instructions below). Antibody
