Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 on Acetone-fixed frozen sections only.
Flow cytometry: 1:150-1:300.( not tested in our lab.).
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen tissue sections. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in IHC. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. - Commentaires
