Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Attributs du produit
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TTRAP antibody (Catalog #: ARP33010_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
The TTRAP gene encodes a member of a superfamily of divalent cation-dependent phosphodiesterases. The encoded protein associates with CD40, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor-75 and TNF receptor associated factors (TRAFs), and inhibits nuclear factor-kappa-B activation. This protein has sequence and structural similarities with APE1 endonuclease, which is involved in both DNA repair and the activation of transcription factors.
