- Sujet
- UBE2z belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. This protein catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other proteins. It is a specific substrate for uBA6, not charged with ubiquitin by uBE1 and may be involved in apoptosis regulation. Recombinant human uBE2Z protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
