- Sujet
- RAB1A, also known as ras-related protein Rab-1A, is a member of ras-related superfamily. Rab proteins play an important role for, either in endocytosis or in biosynthetic protein transport. Rab1a protein controls vesicle traffic from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus. Recombinant human RAB1A protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. Synonyms: Ras-related protein Rab-1A isoform 1, DKFZp564B163, RAB1, YPT1. NCBI no.: NP_004152
