Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: SLAMF6 (signaling lymphocyte activation molecule 6) (Ly108 in mice, NTB-A or SF2000 in humans) is a homophilic receptor belonging to the superfamily immunoglobulin (Ig) domain-containing molecules. It is known to be widely and exclusively expressed on hematopoietic cells. The SLAMF6 intracellular portion is characterized by two ITSMs that act as binding sites for adaptor molecules such as SAP and EAT-2.

Poids moléculaire: 49.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-75 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
