Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 4 mM HCl.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 4 mM HCl. Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: Transforming growth factor beta(2) (TGF-beta(2)), a growth regulator of human lens epithelial cells (HLECs), also regulates the death of these cells. TGF-beta(2)-induced apoptosis in HLECs was preceded by an induction of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and a decrease in glutathione in the intracellular content, indicating that this factor induces oxidative stress in HLECs.
