Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, 2 mM DTT ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: Teneurin-2 is a member of a novel family of transmembrane proteins characterized to date in fish, birds, mammals, and Drosophila (e.g., the pair-rule gene product Ten-m). Teneurin-2, a vertebrate homologue of the Drosophila pair-rule gene ten-m/odz, is revealed to be a membrane-bound transcription regulator. In the nucleus, the intracellular domain of teneurin-2 colocalizes with promyelocytic leukemia (PML) protein in nuclear bodies implicated in transcription control.
