Indications d'application: Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well asother antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6- sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1:20,000 to 1:80,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.12 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, 0.01 % (w/v) sodium azide, 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free)
