Indications d'application: Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assaysrequiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/10,000-1/50,000. Western Blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/500-1/2,500
Note: This antibody has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG F(c) in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as asubstrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.


Other applications not tested.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Stockage

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water or equivalent.

Concentration: 2.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.14 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.4, containing 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as a stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as a preservative.

Stockage commentaire: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
