Indications d'application: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG in a standard captureELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested forthis product. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/300,000
Western blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/500-1/2,500.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Stockage

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative.

Agent conservateur: Gentamicin sulfate

Stockage commentaire: Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-4 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50 % glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below.
