    Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunomicroscopy (IM)
    Purification
    Preadsorption: Solid phase absorption
    Immunogène
    Human IgG F(ab')2 fragment.
  • Indications d'application
Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 10^6 cells in Flow cytometry isapproximately 1.0 g of antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficientfor staining. As a general guideline dilutions of 1:100 to 1:250 should be suitable for most applications.

    Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

  • Format
    Liquid
    Buffer
0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01 % (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), IgG and Protease free, as stabilizer.
    Agent conservateur
    Sodium azide
    Précaution d'utilisation
WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
    Conseil sur la manipulation
DO NOT FREEZE! Store reagent in the dark. Use subdued lighting during handling and incubation of cells prior to analysis.
Dilute only prior to immediate use
