Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL deionized water or equivalent.

Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 MPotassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, with 0.01 % (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative and 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.

Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Stockage commentaire: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
