    Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA
    Specificité

Trk B (Phospho-Tyr706+Tyr707) Antibody detects endogenous levels of Trk B only when phosphorylated at Tyr706 and Tyr707.

    PhosphorylationH:Y706+Y707 M:Y705+Y706 R:Y705+Y706

    Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
    Pureté
    > 95 %
    Immunogène
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Trk B around the phosphorylation site of Tyr706 and Tyr707.
