Usage: This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and by western blot. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at ~165 kD corresponding to full-length protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. For western blotting block the membrane with goat serum. Do not block with non-fat dry milk.
