Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:200. Frozen tissue sections fixed with methanol, Paraffin embedded tissue sections pretreated with 0.1 % pronase/0.1 % trypsin in PBS, 0.5 % pepsin in 0.01N HCl or microwave pretreatment.
