Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot Analysis: 3T3 cell lysate. Use 20 μg per lane for minigels. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detected p42MAP Kinase (erk2) in human A431 carcinoma cells, mouse 3T3 fibroblasts and rat L6 skeletal fibroblasts. Immunoprecipitation: 5 μg of this antibody immunoprecipitated p42MAPK (erk2) from 3T3 cells as confirmed by Western Western Blot using the monoclonal anti-erk2. -
