Usage: Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 μg/mL detected Lck in RIPA lysates from Jurkat cells. Included Positive Antigen Control: Jurkat cell lysate. Use 20 μg per lane for minigels. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitated Lck from 1 μg of Jurkat RIPA lysate as confirmed by subsequent immunoblot using monoclonal anti-Lck. Western Blot Analysis Jurkat cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Lck (1 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. -
