Does not cross-react with the corresponding phosphorylated residues of either JNK/SAPK or p38 MAP kinase, or non-phosphorylated Erk1/2. Species cross-reactivity: chicken, hamster, mouse, rat, zebrafish. bovine and monkey.

Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in TBS, 5 % BSA, 0.1 % Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50. Immunofluorescence (IF-IC): 1:1000. Flow Cytometry: 1:100.
