- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave Approximately.48 kDa and 37 kDa bands in human cerebellum lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.2 kDa according to NP_005950.1. The 48 kDa and 37 kDa bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
