    ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000 Western Blot: Approximately 48 kDa band observed in rat retina lysates and 50 kDa in mouse and rat kidney lysates (calculated MW of 35.1 kDa according to human NP_001668.1, 35.2 kDa according to mouse NP_033851.1 and rat NP_037245.2).The observed molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form (PMID: 20130120). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL.
