Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution >1:128,000. Western Blot: Approximately 65-70 kDa band observed in human muscle and placenta lysates (predicted MW of 60 kDa according to NP_003152.1). Recommended for use at 0.2-1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human kidney shows ribosomal staining in DCT cells. Recommended concentration, 1-2 μg/mL.
