BIF-1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogène
BIF-1 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of BIF-1.
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 38 kDa band observed in lysates of human T cell line Jurkat and in human lung and placenta (calculated MW of 40.8 kDa according to NP_057093.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1.0 μg/mL. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 50 kDa in Jurkat and placenta. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
