Purification: AKAP9 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogène: AKAP9 antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of AKAP9.

Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 450 kDa band observed in HEPG2 lysate (calculated MW of 454 kDa according to NP_ 671700.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
