Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 38 kDa band observed in human placenta and liver lysates (calculated MW of 36.6 kDa according to NP_006057.1). Recommended for use at 0.5-2 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human kidney shows Brush Border staining in PCT. Recommended concentration, 2-3 μg/mL.
