Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:1,000. Western Blot: Approximately 26 kDa band observed in mouse kidney and liver lysates (calculated MW of 27.7 kDa according to mouse NP_001077398.1 [isoform1], 25.4 kDa according to mouse NP_032187.2 [isoform 2] and 25.5 kDa according to human NP_002075.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. IHC: Frozen sections of Porcin Kidney shows vesicular staining of the cytoplasm in PCT epithelial cells. Recommended concentration, 20μg/mL.
