    Western Blotting (WB), ELISA
    Specificité
This antibody is expected to recognize all three reported isoforms (NP_000823.4, NP_067544.1, NP_015566.1).
    Purification
NMDA Receptor antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
    Immunogène
NMDA Receptor antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of NMDA Receptor.

  • Indications d'application
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:1,000. Western Blot: Approximately 110 kDa band observed in rat brain lysates (calculated MW of 105 kDa according to NP_015566.1). Recommended concentration: 2-4 μg/mL. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 23-24 kDa . This band was strong in mouse brain lysates and faint in human brain lysates. The band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
