- Indications d'application
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 47 kDa band observed in K562 lysate (calculated MW of 47.0 kDa according to NP_055866.1). Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.6 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 22 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
