- Attributs du produit
- The rat anti-mouse IL-2 monoclonal antibody . Zurawski S. et al. 1986 used the S4B6-1 antibody in Western blot analysis. Their analysis showed that the determinant recognized by S4B6-1 requires the N-terminal region of mouse IL 2 and there was no cross reaction with human IL-2. The S4B6-1 antibody is also applicable in immunohistochemistry on frozen tissues, intracellular staining, FACS analysis and immunoprecipitation .
