Indications d'application: Optimal dilution of the AMPD3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

1. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10  mM Citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min
2. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.\. Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1 μg/mL,Immunocytochemistry: 1-2 μg/mL for 30 min at RT,Immunohistology (FFPE): 2-4 μg/mL for 30 min at RT (1),Prediluted format : incubate for 30 min at RT (2)

Sujet: AMPD3 is a member of the AMP deaminase gene family. It is a highly regulated enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of adenosine monophosphate to inosine monophosphate, a branch point in the adenylate catabolic pathway. This gene encodes the erythrocyte (E) isoforms, whereas other family members encode isoforms that predominate in muscle (M) and liver (L) cells.
