The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Ghinelli et al, Invest Ophthalmol Vis Sci. 2003 Aug,44(8):3352-7, PMID: 12882781). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL.
