Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL. If results are poor, use lysate without boiling, heat at 37 °C for 15 minutes. Immunohistochemistry: 0.1-1 μg/mL using peroxidase method.
