    Sujet

Phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3Ks) phosphorylate inositol lipids and are involved in the immune response. The protein encoded by this gene is a class I catalytic subunit of PI3K. Like other class I catalytic subunits (p110-alpha p110-beta, and p110-delta), the encoded protein binds a p85 regulatory subunit to form PI3K. This gene is located in a commonly deleted segment of chromosome 7 previously identified in myeloid leukemias. Several transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.,PIK3CG,PI3CG,PI3K,PI3Kgamma,PIK3,p110gamma,p120-PI3K,Epigenetics & Nuclear Signaling,Translation Control,Regulation of eIF4 and p70 S6 Kinase,Cancer,Signal Transduction,G protein signaling,G-Protein-Coupled Receptors(GPCR),G2/M DNA Damage Checkpoint,Kinase,PI3K-Akt Signaling Pathway,mTOR Signaling Pathway,Protein Kinase C Signaling Pathway,ErbB-HER Signaling Pathway,MAPK-Erk Signaling Pathway,MAPK-JNK Signaling Pathway,Cell Biology & Developmental Biology,Apoptosis,Mitochondrial Control of Apoptosis,Inhibition of Apoptosis,Autophagy,Cell Adhesion,Cytoskeleton,Microtubules,Actins,TGF-b-Smad Signaling Pathway,ESC Pluripotency and Differentiation,Endocrine & Metabolism,Lipid Metabolism,AMPK Signaling Pathway,Warburg Effect,Immunology & Inflammation,B Cell Receptor Signaling Pathway,T Cell Receptor Signaling Pathway,IL-6 Receptor Signaling Pathway,NF-kB Signaling Pathway,Toll-like Receptor Signaling Pathway,Cell Intrinsic Innate Immunity Signaling Pathway,TLR Signaling,Cardiovascular,Angiogenesis,PI3Ks and related,PIK3CG
