Approved: ELISA, Func, Neut, WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (1.0 ng/mL), a concentration of 0.3-0.5 μg/mL of this antibody is required. ELISA (Direct): 0.5 μg/mL (using 100 μL/well antibody solution allows detection of antigen at 0.2-0.4 ng/well). Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL (detection limit is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions). - Commentaires
