Recombinant Human IL25/C19orf10 is produced with our E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser33-Leu173) of Human C19orf10 fused with a 6His tag at the N-terminus.
C19orf10 is a secreted protein which belongs to the UPF0556 family. It is expressed in synovial tissue and detected in synovial fluid of patients with arthropaties. C19orf10 plays a role in proliferation of lymphoid cells and is considered an interleukin. - Poids moléculaire
