- Sujet
- CCL13 is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also known as thymus and activation regulated chemokine (TARC). This protein induces chemotaxis in monocytes, eosinophils, T lymphocytes, and basophils by binding cell surface G-protein linked chemokine receptors such as CCR2, CCR3 and CCR5. It can be induced by the inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1 and TNF-alpha. Recombinant human CCL13 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Synonyms: CKb10, MCP-4, NCC-1, NCC1, SCYA1, SCYL1, CK-beta-10, Small-inducible cytokine A13, C-C motif chemokine 13, MCP4, C-C motif chemokine 13, chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 13, ckbeta10.
