Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Sujet: NKp30, along with NKp44 and NKp46, constitute a group of receptors termed "Natural Cytotoxicity Receptors". These receptors play a major role in triggering NK-mediated killing of most tumor cells lines.NKp30 stimulates NK cells cytotoxicity toward neighboring cells producing these ligands. It controls, for instance, NK cells cytotoxicity against tumor cells.

Poids moléculaire: 20 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 26-45 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
