Application
- Western Blotting (WB), Functional Studies (Func), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro))
- Specificité
- The antibody reacts with human gamma IFN (IFN-gamma) of both natural and recombinant origin. It inhibits the biological activity of natural and recombinant human IFN-gamma. The antigen specificity was further assessed by ELISA and Western blot. No cross reactivities with other cytokines have been detected.
