    Specificité
This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi- step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified beta-2-Microglobulin [Human Urine]. Cross reactivity against beta-2-Microglobulin from other sources is unknown.
    Purification
    Multistep Process.
    Immunogène
    Beta-2-Microglobulin [Human Urine].

    Sujet
Beta 2 Microglobulin non-covalently associates with the 44 kDa alpha chain to form the HLA Class I antigen complex. Human beta 2 Microglobulin associated with HLA Class I antigens are expressed on many types of cells including lymphocytes, thymocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, platelets, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. It is absent on erythrocytes.
