Précaution d'utilisation
WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

Sujet
Upregulated obese product 11 (UROP11) was isolated from subtractive library for mouse hypothalamus. It is detected in numerous tissues and is upregulated in the hypothalamus and adipocytes in obese mice.UROP11 is also observed in human neural and lymphoid tissues, its expression appears to be regulated by the level of lymphoid activation.Urop11 expression is strongly upregulated both in vivo in mouse hypothalamus and in vitro in mouse neural cell lines after treatment with leptin, indicating Urop11 is a target of leptin activity and thus may play a role in obesity.
