Approved: Flo (2 - 5 μg/mL), IF (10 μg/mL), IHC (10 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL. Immunofluorescence: 10 μg/mL. Do not use cells fixed in acetone or methanol. 3 % paraformaldehyde has been shown to give optimal results. Flow Cytometry: 2-5 μg/mL.
