Approved: IP, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot Analysis: 1-8 μg/mL of this lot detected Glucocorticoid Receptor in RIPA lysates from L6, PC12, and 3T3/A31 cells. L6 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Glucocorticoid Receptor (4 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates glucocorticoid receptor (~97kD). Immunoprecipitation: This antibody has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate glucocorticoid receptor from WEHI-7 and WCL2 cells. - Commentaires
