- Specificité
- Recognizes CD86, a 70kD cell surface protein expressed by activated B cells and monocytes. CD86 is also known as B7-2 and is the second ligand for CD28 and CTLA-4. It may have an important role in co-stimulation of T cells in the primary immune response.
